When: Thursday, August 4, 2011, 1 PM Shot Gun Start, Registration starts at 11:30 AM

Where: Lewis River Golf Course

Format: Four person team Scramble format with shot gun start. Rules supplied at tournamnet. Handicaps will be used in final scoring.

Player Cost: $95.00 / player, or $380 / team (includes golf, cart, green fees, post-tournament barbeque and awards.

Prizes/Features: team prizes, KP prizes and raffle.
